Campus Life Committee
The Campus Life Committee organizes initiatives to improve the quality of life and well-being of students and staff by promoting cultural, athletic, and social activities. It works to improve the flow of information across campus and fosters openness and dialogue among everyone, regardless of their status.

Throughout the academic year, the committee organizes various events for students and staff:
Initiatives led by the committee
Bike Workshop
Technicians are invited to offer free bike inspections for students and staff. A general check-up is provided free of charge, while any necessary repairs are available at a reduced cost.
Pink October
Every year, the committee gets involved in Pink October with a number of initiatives:
- Faculty Decorations
- Flash mob
- Quizzes, etc.
Solidarity Boxes
As the holiday season approaches, students and staff are being asked to donate gifts for those in need. At the end of December, the boxes are delivered to a shelter for people in need.
International Women's Day
In March, the committee is honoring women who work on campus through a series of posters displayed in the faculty lobby.
Other events are held throughout the academic year:
- Music Festival
- Workshops: sophrology, stress management, wellness, etc.
- Sustainable Development Awareness Day, etc.
The Campus Life Committee is also behind various improvements on the Flahault campus, such as providing picnic tables, installing a book drop box, and setting up a lounge for staff.
