It analyzes the needs expressed by department heads and those identified by the Strategy and Pedagogical Innovation and University-Hospital commissions, taking into account the history of needs expressed during previous recruitment campaigns. It proposes a ranked list of job profiles to be filled, based on those likely to become vacant or be created.
