It makes recommendations for educational planning based on an analysis of training needs in the field of university hospital staff, the necessary evolution of the skills to be developed, and the job profiles of university hospital staff.

Inter-UNC Commission

It proposes a reasoned ranking of the job profiles to be filled, based on those that are likely to become vacant or be created.
