It makes recommendations for educational planning based on an analysis of training needs in the field of university-affiliated hospital staff, the necessary evolution of the skills to be developed, and the job profiles of university-affiliated hospital staff.

Inter-UNC Commission
It analyzes the needs expressed by department heads, as well as those identified through the work of the Strategy and Educational Innovation and University-Hospital Committees, while taking into account the history of needs expressed during previous hiring campaigns. It proposes a reasoned ranking of the job profiles to be filled, based on those that are likely to become vacant or be created.
