The Health Engineering track of the Bachelor’s in Life Sciences is designed to provide students with the necessary prerequisites to pursue a professional or research-oriented Master’s degree in the health field, including the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food, and biotechnology sectors, as well as the public health and environmental sectors.

The second and third years of the Bachelor’s degree program are administered by the School of Pharmacy. These years feature a curriculum with a strong professional focus, including regular presentations by healthcare professionals and internships in the industry. These regular presentations by healthcare professionals help students narrow their focus within the broad field of knowledge and gain an understanding of corporate culture.

Career Opportunities

The Health Engineering track is a preparatory program for the Professional Master’s in Health Engineering. Upon completion of the Bachelor’s degree, students can choose one of the specializations offered starting in the first year of the Master’s program. They can then transition to a project management track in the second year of the Master’s program, leading to a career as a manager.

The L3 program serves as a gateway to the Master’s in Research in Biology and Health or other Master’s programs in health sciences offered at other universities.
