Blood donation

The perfect opportunity to honor donors and encourage everyone to join this wonderful chain of solidarity.

March is also Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month. One more reason to take action and support patients by donating blood.

Every action counts!

To donate blood, you must:

  • Be between 18 and 70 years old
  • Weigh at least 50kg
  • Have photo identification with you.

Before traveling, remember to take the online test* on the EFS website to find out if you are affected by any contraindications.

From arrival to departure, allow between 45 minutes and 1 hour (don't worry, the donation itself only takes 10 minutes on average). Please note that it is best to eat beforehand and stay well hydrated throughout the donation process.
