This year, the conference for the Master’s program in Nutrition and Food Science (NSA) focuses on the reuse of agricultural and agri-food waste and is titled “3R: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.”
Organized by students in the NSA Master’s program, it will take place on November 28 in the Charles Flahault lecture hall at the Institute of Botany from 1:45 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
