Sophrology Workshops and Consultations
As part of the “What If We Smoked Less?” project, the Faculty of Pharmacy (
) is offering free group workshops and individual sophrology consultations to campus users.
Sophrology offers simple, practical tools to help you:
- Manage Your Stress More Effectively
- Manage your emotions
- Improve your focus and recovery
- Boost your motivation to cut down or quit smoking
Group workshops
Designed specifically for students and staff who smoke, these group sessions will help you discover practical alternatives to smoking: managing stress and emotions, improving concentration, and providing support for cutting back or quitting, in addition to nicotine replacement therapies (patches, gum, etc.).
Each group workshop lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes or 1 hour.

Individual consultations
Open to everyone (students and staff, smokers and nonsmokers), these consultations provide a space for prevention and well-being, with personalized support tailored to your needs: prevention, emotional management, or support for quitting smoking.
This program is free and available to everyone, allowing you to move forward step by step, depending on your goals: to cut back, quit, or simply be better prepared.
Each appointment lasts 45 minutes. Several time slots are available.
