Group workshops

Designed specifically for students and staff who smoke, these group sessions will help you discover practical alternatives to smoking: managing stress and emotions, improving concentration, and providing support for cutting back or quitting, in addition to nicotine replacement therapies (patches, gum, etc.).

Each group workshop lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes or 1 hour.

Several dates and times are available.

Individual consultations

Open to everyone (students and staff, smokers and nonsmokers), these consultations provide a space for prevention and well-being, with personalized support tailored to your needs: prevention, emotional management, or support for quitting smoking.

This program is free and available to everyone, allowing you to move forward step by step, depending on your goals: to cut back, quit, or simply be better prepared.

Each appointment lasts 45 minutes. Several time slots are available.
