Group workshops
Specially designed for students and staff who smoke, these group sessions will help you discover practical alternatives to smoking: stress and emotion management, improved concentration, and support for reducing or quitting smoking, in addition to nicotine replacement therapies (patches, gum, etc.).
Each group workshop lasts 1.5 hours or 1 hour.
Several dates and times are available.
Simply choose the time slot that suits you.
Individual consultations
Open to everyone (students and staff, smokers and non-smokers), the consultations offer a space for prevention and well-being, with personalized support tailored to your needs: prevention, emotion management, or support for smoking cessation.
This program is free and accessible to everyone, allowing you to progress step by step according to your goals: reduce, quit, or simply prevent.
Each consultation lasts 45 minutes. Several time slots are available.
