Nature Festival

The School of Pharmacy opened its doors to schoolchildren and offered several educational workshops, both indoors and outdoors, to raise awareness among students about the importance of preserving biodiversity.

This event was organized at the initiative of Chantal Marion (Honorary Associate Professor), with the support and involvement of the University of Montpellier’s “Scientific Culture Department: Events, Knowledge Dissemination, and Communication,” led by Agnès Pesenti, in collaboration with the Vice-Presidency for Science-Society Relations, headed by Dr. Isabelle Parrot-Smietana.

With the participation of: Mr. Éric Letessier, Curator of the Faculty of Pharmacy’s Herbarium; Ms. Claire Vigor, Associate Professor of Pharmacognosy; Ms. Delphine Margout-Jantac, Associate Professor of Analytical Chemistry; Mr. Thierry Brassac from the UM’s Science Outreach Department; Mr. Thierry Noell, coordinator of the UniverlaCité program; Mr. Denis Nespoulous, UM Botanical Garden; and with the support of students from the UniverlaCité program, Pharma Huma, Objectif Officine, DFGSP3, DFASP1 (industry track), and the 6th year.
