Starting January 20, the soundproof booths in Hall A can be reserved through Affluences (website or app).

How do I make a reservation on Affluences?

  1. Log in via the Affluences app or at
    www.affluences.com
  2. Select your school ( School of Pharmacy ), then click " Reserve"
  3. Enter your university email address (prenom.nom@etu.umontpellier.fr)
  4. Confirm your reservation using the email you received (you only need to do this for your first reservation)
  5. Check in using the QR code displayed in the booths.
