Starting January 20, soundproof booths in Hall A can be reserved via Affluences (website or app).

How do I make a reservation on Affluences?

  1. Log in from the Affluences app or at
    www.affluences.com
  2. Select your institution, Faculty of Pharmacy, then click on Reserve.
  3. Enter your university email address (prenom.nom@etu.umontpellier.fr)
  4. Confirm your reservation from the email you received (this step is only necessary for your first reservation).
  5. Validate using the QR code displayed in the booths.
