From January 20, the soundproof booths in Hall A can be booked via Affluences (website or app).

How to book on Affluences

  1. Log on to the Affluences application or
    www.affluences.com
  2. Select your Faculté de Pharmacie location then click on Reserve
  3. Enter your university e-mail address(prenom.nom@etu.umontpellier.fr)
  4. Confirm your reservation from the e-mail you received (this operation is only necessary for your first reservation).
  5. Validate using the QR Code displayed in the booths.
